Structurally, the sources are a metal substrate in the form jf the flat disk 10 mm in diameter. The source active part of less than 3 mm in diameter is embedded between two polyimide foils with total thickness of 100 ± 10 μm..
The source is made in the form of a flat strip 43 mm long and 11 mm wide. The active part of the source (a wire made of Ni-Co alloy 2-6 mm long and 0.5 mm in diameter) is embedded between two polymer films 150 μm thick each. The ribbons are combined in sets of 5 pcs.
The T3 source set is one source with 5 active parts (the set has one serial number).
The T4 source set is 5 sources in one set (each strip has its own serial number).
The source is made in the form of a flat rectangle 64 mm long and 27 mm wide. Source thickness 0.5 mm. The active part is thermally sealed between two polymer films (150 microns each) and is evenly distributed over an area of 60 x 23 mm. There is also an additional layer of polymer film (150 μm) on the back of the source.

The source is fixed in a welded stainless steel holder. The holder has an M6 thread for attachment to equipment.
