Customer Requirements
According to law of Russian Federation, export of radioactive materials needs a contract between Seller and Buyer. Contract will be prepared based on customers Purchase Order and our contract form. Export permit is granted based on a contract executed by parties.
Possessing and import of radioactive materials is to be licensed by national authorities in most of the states. Thereof, we are asking to provide us license for handling and import of radioactive materials before the shipment. If products are exempt of national regulations, we will accept a statement on company letterhead that end user is ready to handle radioactive goods and they are not subjected to national regulations.
General delivery terms are FCA Saint Petersburg or CPT (airport of destination), DAP is an option (Incoterms 2010). We have distributors, who can assist with quotation, contracting, import operations and transportation in their regions.
Radioactive goods belong to class 7 dangerous goods. Their transportation is regulated by national regulations and international rules, TS-R-1 (IAEA), DG IATA, ADR.
Delivery period
Delivery time may vary from 3 to 10 weeks depending of product complicity and logistics option. Dispatch is possible only upon presentation of Buyer’s or end user’s import permit.
